Services are tailored to your needs and follow a simple five stage process. My process has been developed over the last twenty years working with all different types of clients. Each stage is commissioned seperately and at the right time for you. I work with many different consultants that I can bring to the team depending on the type of project or location.

1- Initial Consultation Online or On-Location

  • Live initial design session

  • Discuss design direction using sketches and images

  • Budget and programme of work

2 - Initial Concept Design and Feasibility

  • Site plan, access and landscaping ideas

  • Building layout options

  • Building elevations and material options

  • External rendered illustrations

  • Concept sketch design, pack and presentation

3 - Developed Concept Design

  • Layouts with developed interior specification

  • Elevations with materials and examples

  • Site plan with landscape design ideas

  • Initial interior Illustrations from 3D model and mood board

  • Developed concept design, pack and presentation

4 - Planning & Building Approvals

  • Planning permission / permit drawn up by local consultants under our guidance.

  • Building Regulations / Building Permit by local consultants

  • Quotations requested for each section of work required including:

    • Architectural Draughting - CAD drawings for applications and permits

    • Interior Suppliers - Kitchens and bathrooms

    • Structural - Foundations and structural alterations

    • Mechanical - Heating calculations, solar thermal, AC and plumbing specification

    • Electrical - Final layouts and specification, solar PV and battery storage

    • Quantity Surveyor - Build costs and contracts

5 - Ongoing Architectural and Interior Design Management

  • Client Guidance & Design Management

  • Design support and site visits

  • Management of professionals and suppliers
